Evening classes. 8-week terms.

Oglethorpe University uses a semester system, and all courses in the evening are 8 weeks long. This allows adult degree students to maintain a full-time course load while only taking two classes at a time. 4-Credit classes mean that students take 1/3 fewer classes to get their degree, when compared to other colleges.

Classes are held on either Monday & Wednesday, or Tuesday & Thursday at two time slots: 6:00-8:10 PM and 8:20-10:30 PM.

Adult degree program students are not limited to evening classes and may also take any of the daytime classes offered at Oglethorpe as their personal schedule permits.

View the current schedule in our online OASIS registration system (log-in as a guest).

Out of class activities
